There must be informal agents When you create an 'Informal Agent' in the agent list, then this agent will be part of the agent circle as soon as he signs in to his Skype for Business or Teams client. When agents notice that there are several calls in the queue, but no one (or only a couple) receives them, there can be a problem with the UCC or with the setup of agents.
